|
Cuba
is the country with better level of primary education of Latin America.
This was the result of a study managed for an agency of the United
Nations together with the Partnership for the Renewal of Education
in Americas)and Inter-American Bank of Desenvolvimento (BID).
Cuban children of 3ª and 4ª series had such a spectacular
performance in the tests of mathematics and languages that responsible
ones for the study had returned Cuba to test them again. The good
performance of the Cuban is not new.. One has tested applied by
UNESCO in 1998 already pointed the success.
Most of the countries of Latin America spends more public money
for student than Cuba, where the cipher is around little USS 1 thousand.
Chile, Mexico and Brazil exceed this value. U.S.A. spends USS 6
