A
photo exposing on Berlim brings pictures taken by childrens of various
countries.
Open your eyes, look around and… klick! A world project has chosen
500 children from 43 countries of the world to register their day-by-day
on photos.
Aalya Berzougui, a 15 year old girl from Marrocos, is one of them.
She never travelled anywhere, but she expects to show for other
youngers and children how her people live. "I wanna take pictures
from our oásis, from the birds and people" says.
Project was created by Philipp Abresch, 26, a berliner student that
conceived it after a work done with children on Kosovo. Now, on
Zagora, Marrocos, Abresch distributed câmeras to students. Naaima
Khrif, 11 years old, never took a picture. "I wanna photograph ancient
buildings" says. Abresch explains: "First children will see how
other countrie´s children live, by their own photos. After, thy
will begin a concrete dialog, changing emails and letters."
Project, called "Your Photos Will Open My Eyes" will include children
from New York, Pekim, Moscow and countries like Afghanistan, Israel,
South Africa and others. Project was developed with support from
GTZ, Germany Development Agency. "Photography is a good way to capture
day-by-day" says Abresch. And, as smiling Berzougui´s mother explains:
"She has the duty to take pictures of anything she wants."
