What building technique we will use?

An important part of ecological aspect of Mutirum Building Project is that it uses a special building technology that avoids tree cutting and burning on doing bricks.

This technology is based on two aspects and advantages:

A) Soil-cement Brick

Thermoachoustic quality;
Dont need trees cut to be made (no burning)
Brick resistence improves with sun and rain action;
Good appearance

B) Structural Building

Walls protected against weight pressure
Less material and working time (less cost)
Dont need wall breaking for tubes and electricity
Quickly and cheaper building
Easier for self-construction
